Order Processing, Tracking and Shipping:  Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days.  Once your order is ready to ship, we will notify you via email with a tracking number.  

The average delivery time for regular mail is 5-10 days.

These shipping day averages are not a guarantee. We are not responsible for longer transit times due to carrier errors.

Transit times vary city to city and can vary due to holiday volume or natural disasters. We have no control over transit once it leaves our facility and are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

Duties, taxes and fees may vary depending on shipping carrier and will be charged either at order placement or shipment depending on payment. Please check the country’s local rates for more information. Note that certain elements, such as going through customs, are out of our control. As such, all times are estimated delivery times.

International Shipping Information

Duties and tax estimates will be calculated at the time of placement to ensure we can get the best possible rates for our customers. All shipping cost, including duties and taxes, are real-time estimates and will be finalized at the time of shipment.

Please note, given local and regional carriers, all delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Due to the complexities of international shipping, we will not be able to refund shipping cost or duties & taxes and the customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

It’s essential that you include the recipients phone number in the shipping address. Local carriers often use this to communicate with the customer and need this information to fulfill order.

Order History & Tracking

To track your package just sign in and click on My Account. In your account you will see order history by date or by order number. You can browse your order history and track the status of your orders. Tracking is real-time and will show information provided by the carrier.
