Returns and Exchanges
Receiving products you love is most important to us! Our normal policy is to honor returns/exchanges up to 21 days from date of delivery.
Shipping costs on returns/exchanges are the buyer's responsibility, unless the return/exchange is due to defects in manufacturing or you received the incorrect item.
Due to its nature, custom and sale items can not be returned or exchanged. Returns will only be accepted on full priced items. To determine if an item on your order is final sale, the word SALE will be in the item’s name/description, and would have been purchased from the SALE section of our website.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (no smells of cigarettes, laundry detergent and/or pet hair) and we require a proof of purchase (order number).
If you request an exchange and receive a refund it is because at the time of processing your exchange, the item is out of stock. Should this instance arise, and you do not want to be refunded, please list an alternate selection (noted as 2nd choice) on the return/exchange form.
To process a return/exchange:
1) If there are any questions about the above policy, please email us at support@primehua.com with proof of purchase (order number) and pictures (if necessary)
2) Enclose the completed return/exchange form with your items, package securely, and ship with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx to the address below:

You can use whatever carrier is most convenient and cost effective for you.
3) We will contact you once return/exchange is received and accepted. At that point we will ship your replacement or refund your funds to your original payment method.
